March 2026 Ranking Germany
The March rankings for Germany bring significant movement to the Top 10 – three new faces enter, three drop out, and the top of the table sees a notable reshuffle as two names climb from the bottom half to the very top.

Top Personal Brands February 2026 – Germany
March confirms what the whoranks Score is built to measure: a strong previous month offers no guarantee for the next. Three names that held their positions in February couldn't maintain sufficient momentum, while three newcomers earned their spot through engagement quality and consistent recent activity.

#8 | Ola Kaellenius | Annahita Esmailzadeh (↓ from #3) |
#9 | Florian Palatini | Lea-Sophie Cramer 🆕 |
#10 | Lara Sophie Bothur | Lara Sophie Bothur ✅ |
Newly entering the Top 10 this month are Christian Lindner (Unternehmer, Aufsichtsrat & Advisor, former German Federal Minister of Finance), Herbert Diess (former CEO of Volkswagen AG) and Lea-Sophie Cramer (Entrepreneur). All three demonstrate that sustained engagement quality can break into a competitive Top 10 – Lea-Sophie Cramer, for instance, enters at #9 with 247,719 followers and average reactions of 914, outperforming names with significantly larger audiences.
At the same time, Ugur Sahin, Friedrich Merz and Florian Palatini drop out of the German Top 10. Sahin had only just entered in February at #2 – one of the strongest debut positions of the year – making his exit after a single month one of the most notable drops in the ranking's recent history.
Biggest Movers of the Month
Ola Kaellenius is the biggest climber of the month, jumping from #8 to #2 with a whoranks Score of 7.9. The Mercedes-Benz CEO's average reactions of 2,374 and steady activity signal a significant uptick in content momentum after a quieter February.
Christian Klein moves from #6 to #3, reinforcing his position as one of the most consistent performers in the German Top 10. The SAP CEO holds a Score of 7.8 with 303,641 followers and steady activity throughout the month.
Annahita Esmailzadeh slips from #3 to #8 – the steepest drop among those who remained in the Top 10. With average reactions of 925 and a Score of 7.4, her numbers remain solid, but a stronger field in March pushed her down five positions.
Ugur Sahin's exit is worth noting separately. Entering at #2 in February with average reactions of 4,009, his departure after just one month is a reminder that even the most impressive debuts need to be backed by sustained momentum.
The Core Insight
The March rankings reinforce what the whoranks Score is designed to measure: relevance is earned every month, not granted once. Three of February's Top 10 couldn't hold their positions. Three others stepped up to take their place. The German LinkedIn landscape is more competitive – and more dynamic – than follower counts suggest.
