June 2026 Ranking Austria
Austria's June ranking barely moves at the top and proves a point at the bottom. The Top 4 holds for another month, the Top 3 for a fifth. May's record-breaking newcomer is already gone after one month, replaced by a former Chancellor running on pure name recognition.

Top Personal Brands Austria June 2026
The lock holds. Mike Leber, Nana Janashia and Leila Gharani stay at #1, #2 and #3 for a fifth consecutive month. Selina Hehl holds #4 for a third. Four-tenths of a point now separates fourth from tenth. The top of the Austrian ranking has stopped moving, and the bottom does all the work.

Newly entering the Top 10 is Sebastian Kurz, former Chancellor of the Republic of Austria, in at #5 with 83,358 followers and a Score of 6.7. Steady activity, a 0.45% engagement rate, straight into a three-way tie for fourth. Name recognition doing the work that engagement did for the man he replaced.
Because the drop-out is his exact mirror. Michael Hurnaus, Tractive's founder, entered in May at 13,259 followers with a 9.69% engagement rate, the highest any Austrian Top 10 had posted in any month. In June he's gone. Precisely the arc May described for reach-light debut entries. One extraordinary month wasn't enough to hold the spot.
Biggest Movers of the Month
Peter Bosek holds #6, but his Score climbs from 6.5 to 6.7, into a three-way tie with Selina Hehl and Sebastian Kurz. His activity reads "Quiet," yet he posts 918 average reactions and a 3.35% engagement rate. He barely publishes and keeps rising.
Markus Hörndler slips from #5 to #7 after two straight months of climbing. Still Thriving, still 477 average reactions. The field shifted around him rather than under him.
Selina Hehl holds #4 for a third month with a 3.77% engagement rate, the highest in the Austrian Top 10 this month. After her down-five, up-five swing earlier in the year, three flat months is the steadiest she's been since launch. (By the way: did you read her blog post with exclusive psychology insights to LinkedIn growth?)
Annette Mann climbs from #9 to #8. Rafael Mariano Grossi slips from #7 to #9. The middle reshuffled by a spot or two, nothing more.
The Core Insight
Austria's ranking has split into two leagues. The top four is decided, and has been for months. The Top 3 has held since February. Selina Hehl has anchored #4 since April. Half the board doesn't move.
The other half is a single decimal wide. Kurz, Bosek and Hehl tie at 6.7. Hörndler sits at 6.6, Mann at 6.5, Grossi at 6.4, Gerstbach at 6.3. One thriving month or one engagement spike reorders all of them.
And the single change that did happen says everything about how the whoranks Score reads a personal brand. It let Michael Hurnaus in on engagement, then let him out when the month ended. It let Sebastian Kurz in on name. Same Top 10, opposite reasons, one month apart.
Four names have stopped competing. The other six restart every month.
